About me

Hi, I'm Nathan Gunaselvam - an independent music producer & multi-instrumentalist from the UK specialising in pop music and music-to-media.

I grew up loving music, team sports, Star Wars and dinosaurs (but these days the dinosaurs have taken a bit of a back seat). I am husband to Larissa and we live in Surrey - UK.

I spend my days producing music for & with people from all over the world and am always trying to learn new & exciting music.

I've had the privilege of growing up both in a classical music environment, but also with many opportunities to learn contemporary music styles - maturing my musicality in Sunday worship bands & growing in confidence to perform in a wide variety of bands during school and music university.

Over the years, I found myself picking up more and more instruments as fell in love with each one for different reasons. Although starting with Clarinet & Saxophone, I soon found as passion in learning the Drums, Acoustic Guitar and Piano; instruments I now use every day and have had the privilege to play internationally.

A desire to explore how songs come together through individual music tracks led me to composition, arranging, and production early on. This journey began with arranging my favourite tunes on music notation software, before transitioning to contemporary DAWs, which opened up more creative and exciting possibilities. Fast-forward to today, and that exploration has become a foundation of the most enjoyable profession I could ever imagine. . .
